I come to you, allowing you to work out in the comfort and convenience of your own home. I will bring the necessary equipment with me, but will also gladly instruct you in the use of your own equipment. I offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. My career has been spent working with people in their homes so I am an expert at adapting to any space.
